For the first time ever, TV star/movie star,/pop artist Rex Smith is performing with Charles Davis, lead singer of the Contours and Shades of Blue. Jeff Lehman's CLB will back both acts and open the show.

Besides being the co-host of the 80's Solid Gold TV show, Rex is also noted for his role in the 1985 TV series Street Hawk. He had the hits, "You Take my Breathe Away," #10, 1979, and "Everlasting Love," a duet with Rachel Sweet, which peaked at #32, in 1981. 

Charles Davis is the current lead singer of both the Contours, and The Shades of Blue. Signed to Motown, The Contours are known for "Do You Love Me," which reached #3 1962, and #11 1988, when it was featured in the movie Dirty Dancing), and "Shake Sherry," #21, 1963. The Shades of Blue are known for the gospel infused,"Oh How Happy," which peaked at #12, in 1966. 

Both gentleman will perform their hits, album cuts and some cool surprises as well. Jeff Lehman's CLB will open the show and back both acts, who will perform individually and together.
